We use our own eggs and Country Style Sausage to make this delicious Amish Breakfast Bake. It’s a hearty dish that you can serve alone or as a compliment to your French Toast/Pancakes.
Baking instructions: Thaw in refrigerator. Once thawed, heat oven to 350 and bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes. If a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean..it is done.
Let set about 5-10 min before serving.
