No we don’t grow potatoes here on the farm. BUT we have access to farm grown potatoes year around from the farmers market. My kids and grandkids all LOVE this recipe and what better to compliment the Lamb Shanks or a Beef Roast than this dish.
Potatoes, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, a touch of onion, and butter. All mixed together and all you need to do is bake it!
There are never any leftovers!
