1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup grated and squeezed cucumber
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
Salt to taste
- Grate the cucumber and drain the water from it by squeezing it with the help of a paper towel or cloth towel. Set Aside.
- In a bowl add the yogurt, grated and squeezed cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice (or vinegar) and salt. Stir until well mixed and serve with Lamb Kofta kebabs!
