Description
Baked potato with Taco filling (made with our own ground beef), topped with twice baked potato and cheddar cheese. I usually pack 2 half potatoes in each container unless they are small and then I put three. 🙂
Simply defrost in the refrigerator. Set oven to 350F and bake for about 30 minutes until hot and cheese is melted. Make sure it’s heated to 165F internal temp for food safety purposes.
I serve with sour cream, homemade salsa, lettuce, tomato, etc! Enjoy!
