Along with farming (sheep, cattle, pigs, chickens, turkeys, laying hens, etc.) we also have a commercial kitchen which allows us to create wonderful dishes.
I grew up baking and cooking with my Grandmother. We would take meals to the fields as my Grandfather and the boys were all working. Leaning against a tractor tire eating in the shade was one of my best memories.
Now I cook and bake for you! I use some old recipes, some new recipes. I cook for when you don’t have time to come home, make a meal. Most of my creations are not baked which allows you to choose when you want to use them. Defrost them in the refrigerator, cook them and let the aroma’s fill the house, and sit down and enjoy. There isn’t even any clean up!
